Shipping, Refunds and Return Policy

At MY GREEN LEAF – L.L.C – O.P.C– our customers are central to all that we do, and sometimes there may be occasions where you might want to return something back to us. 

    SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

    We aim to pack and post your order within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Our working days are Monday – Sunday, 9am-9pm. Please do note that there may be some delays during busy sale periods or peak trading times. 

    We deliver our Products to specific cities in the UAE. Shipping will be done by a our own fleet or a third-party courier.
    Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED 20. Cart value of 100 AED and above qualifies for free shipping in Abu Dhabi. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

    RETURNS & REFUND

    • If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase from our webstore, please return the item(s) back to us within 2 days of receipt.
    • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
    • The items must be returned to the below address:

    • The customer is responsible for the return costs and all items are returned to us at your own risk, so we recommend using a recorded postal service. Please keep a record of your tracking number when shipping the package. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable
    • We cannot accept tampered product. Please send a picture of the state of the product you received before you initiate a return. 
    • Once the items(s) have been received back at our warehouse the refund will be issued. We will refund the amount you paid using your original bill. Please allow 10 working days for process of refund/exchange.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the original payment method used. Please allow for up to 10-15 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

      FAULTY ITEM(S) RETURNS

      If you receive an item from us which is faulty or mis-packed we can arrange a prepaid returns process for you. The first step is to contact our customer service department detailing the issue and your order number at : info@mygreenleaf.ae
